Brand-new beds with high-comfort tourmaline mattresses and spacious wardrobes in each room. One bathroom with a shower and WC, and another bathroom with a bathtub with direct access from the suite.
Laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
Teak table, bench, and chairs, as well as sun loungers on the terrace with a sea view, and a dining table in the living room.
Padel (tennis) games accessible to all, with rackets and balls available in the apartment; court rental can be arranged on-site through an independent private organization.
Beach essentials, including a parasol, windbreak, beach towels, and a basket, are available in the apartment.
Fins, masks, and snorkels are also available to enjoy marine life.
Pool access is available upon request, as I need to inform the pool manager before your arrival. Access to the private pool is reserved exclusively for members who own an apartment in the condominium.
Guest Access
Free parking is available at the residence. Groceries, restaurants, and the beach can all be accessed on foot, with two supermarkets open year-round just under a 5-minute walk away. Enjoy the bay view facing the beach for a peaceful and relaxed lifestyle.

To ensure compliance, we will send you an SEF form upon booking. Completing and returning this form to us before your arrival is mandatory.
