With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the space offers privacy and comfort for up to 5 guests. The main suite has a queen-size bed and direct access to the sunny balcony. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and is conveniently located next to the second bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower.
The bright living area features a dining table for 6, two armchairs that convert into single beds, and a television. Large windows connect the living room to the 35 m² balcony, a true outdoor retreat with a dining area and a relaxing lounge space, perfect for enjoying views of the pool, tennis courts, and green areas of the condominium. Note: the sofa in the current photos has been replaced with a new one.
The compact kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, and stove.
Guests have access to all the shared areas of the condominium, including adult and children’s pools, a playground, tennis courts, and expansive green areas for leisure. In summer, the pool area is served by a poolside bar. The apartment includes free outdoor parking, and a reserved underground parking space for added convenience.
Located just a 10-minute walk from Lagos Marina and 20 minutes from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city and its attractions, with easy access to restaurants, golf courses, and a small convenience store within the condominium for last-minute needs.

This condominium community primarily comprises private residences, and we kindly request our guests to be considerate of the peaceful atmosphere on the premises. Please be aware that we have specific guidelines in place, including a commitment to maintaining a quiet environment. We have a strict policy against noise disturbances, parties, the use of glassware near the pool, pool toys, jumping in the pool, disruption of the communal areas and pool, and any form of ball games in the pool area. Additionally, we have a family-oriented atmosphere.
In accordance with Portuguese legal requirements, all property owners are obligated to provide guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). To ensure compliance, we will send you an SEF form upon booking. Completing and returning this form to us before your arrival is mandatory.
